A DIY Guide on how to create high quality photos to feature on your campaign page and share on social media to promote your investment opportunity!
DIY Photography Guide
Follow these tips to capture high-quality images on a smartphone.
- Lighting: Natural light works best. If indoors, try to shoot near windows or in well-lit areas.
- Framing: Avoid busy or distracting backgrounds. Keep the focus on you and your business.
- Camera Quality: Use a smartphone or camera with a high-quality lens. Keep the camera steady and avoid shaking.
- Clean the lens: Dust, lint, and fingerprints can make photos look fuzzy or washed out.
- Avoid zooming in: Digital zoom can decrease image quality and make photos blurry.
- Adjust exposure: Brighten or darken the scene to turn a bland image into something more striking. To adjust the exposure on an iPhone or Android, open the Camera app, tap the screen to show the exposure setting, and then drag up or down to adjust
- Get creative with angles: Try different perspectives and framing to make your photos look more professional.
- Hold your phone steady: Use a firm grip and keep your elbows close to your body to avoid blurry photos. You can also use a tripod or a stable surface to rest your phone.
