# Email Newsletter Strategy Guide

## Send an email update once a week with an update about your progress!

Your customer email list is full of potential investors. Those customers that open and engage with your content might be interested in investing.

Send emails:

- **Once a week** with an update about your progress.
- Send a few communications during the last week of your investment offering.
- The optimal time to send an email is **around 11:00 AM** or **5:00 PM**. 
    - But you know your audience best! Talk to your Customer Experience Manager about when your customers are most engaged with your content.
